Investigation

Problem
The problem is to make a letterhead for business letters, business cards, facsimile page, and a calender. Also a for advertising, a poster, a flyer, a gift certificate, and a brochure. All with mocking birds. I will complete these by using microsoft publisher.
Research
The research is to use the tutorials for microsoft office publisher, because that is what we will be using. I will also use the tutorials as a source of information.
Design Brief
To publish these, I will create the papers in Microsoft Office Publisher, and use the tutorials to help me. I will also use the information that Thomas Zadick provides me with. Such as the website, and the discriptions of what to write and what the work should look like.

MYP Design cycle

The MYP design cycle is used to create things easily. It is for students to help them go through the project sticking to the plan, and investigate, plan, create, and evaluate.

Investigate: The step on the MYP design cycle, investigate, means to identify the problem, develop the design brief, and also to formulate a design specification.

Plan: The plan is where you design a product, or solution. When you get to the plan you can always go back to the investigate step, or go to the next steps, which are, create and evaluate.

Create: When you are at the step of create, be sure to use the appropriate techniques and equiptment. Also, be sure to look at your plan and follow it. Then, you will create the product and solution. After you're done, you can go back to the other steps too.

Evaluate: For the evaluation step you will evaluate the product or solution. Then, you will evaluate the use of the design cycle. Just like the other steps, you can go back to the previous steps that you have already done.
